Two artists have created a 'hole in the wall' protest about the long decay of a crumbling eyesore.
Antonia Phillips and Nina Camplin devised a 3D-looking mural in the style of urban graffiti artist Banksy that appears to show a giant hole torn in the Pier Head building in Swanage, Dorset.
Only on closer inspection can it be seen the 'damage' is just a painting.
The artists say the building has been neglected for decades. And planning permission has been refused for five different developers who wanted to renovate it.
Nina said: 'We wanted to kick-start the redevelopment project.'
