Couple tie the knot - for the third time

A couple have married for the third time.

Twice-divorced Steve and Tina Potter — who have three kids from their previous marriages — tied the knot again on a beach in Jamaica.

“We must be soulmates”, said Tina, 47, from Tamworth, Staffs. “There’s something that always draws us back together.



The childhood sweethearts first wed in 1978 when they were both aged 19. But the marriage fell apart after three years.

However they found they couldn’t keep away from each other and soon rekindled their romance. They remarried in 1984 and decided to run a pub.

But it all went wrong again and, though they reckoned they still loved each other, they decided they could not live together and split in 1993.

Then four years later they met at Steve’s sister’s wedding and he asked Tina out again.
