Florida couple caught having sex on crane

Police in a Florida community said they won't be charging a man and woman caught having sex on top of a construction crane.

The couple were busted after several witnesses called police to complain about their sky-high rendezvous.

When police arrived, they spotted the apparently naked pair on top of the crane and ordered them to come down.



"We had to order them over the public address system to dress and come down," says Punta Gorda police officer Butch Arenal.

According to the police report it was apparent that they were up there having sexual relations.

Justin Dunn, 23, Nicole Albert, 35, denied that they were having sex on the crane, and said they had climbed to the top to take pictures.

They aren't being charged because the crane is private property, owned by Dunn's father.
