The 16-year-old was walking her dog in Chaddesden Wood when the incident happened at about 7.45pm on Tuesday, June 12. The man was white, of average build, in his mid-20s, with straight shoulder-length hair.
He had originally been wearing dark trousers and a white T-shirt, but as the girl got closer to him, near Woodrising Close, he had his trousers around his ankles and was wearing pink hotpants.
He shouldn't be that difficult to spot.
