Bunny bags trip under car bonnet

Visitors to a caravan park in south-west Scotland have been put on their guard for a hitch-hiking rabbit.

The bunny - named Fluffy - sought shelter from the bad weather under the bonnet of a car parked at Sandyhills in Dumfries and Galloway.

Photographer Drew Geddes discovered the joy-riding rabbit in his Vauxhall Vectra.

"We travelled to different places and she still came out but then got back in," he said. "How she survived I don't know."

"We got the rabbit out at Sandyhills but she got back into another car and travelled about again."

He added that they eventually managed to coax the rabbit out at a different part of the caravan site and she went back into the wild.
