"I've been at this for a long time, and I don't believe I've ever seen anyone in a loin cloth," Chief Hummel said.

According to Hummel: "The initial charge was a felony two burglary." But, the man in the loin cloth acted out in jungle ways, prompting additional charges of failure to comply and aggrivated menacing.

"He threatened that he's going to come down and kill us all with a machine gun and AK-47, his behaviour and his appearance were certainly irrational," Hummel said.
