Man drives stolen bulldozer into police station

A New Hampshire man on probation made his frustration with authority evident this morning when police say he drove a stolen bulldozer into the police station in Troy, N.H.

Stanley Burt, 34, is accused of stealing the bulldozer from Troy Mills and ramming it into the station just after midnight in the small town outside Keene.

There were no police in the station at the time. The building sustained substantial structural damage, police said.

Burt was arrested with the assistance of several local and state law enforcement agencies.

He is scheduled to be arraigned today in Keene District Court on charges that include criminal mischief, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and probation violation.
