Shed enters the market at £100,000

A run-down shed in Somerset is under offer after entering the property market at £100,000.

The concrete hut, which comes with a garden, measures 18.4ft (5.6m) by 28.2ft (8.6m) and is situated in London Road on the outskirts of Bath.

Estate agent Philip Jennings said the owner bought the shed 10 years ago as part of a package that included a hotel further along the road.

The structure has been on the market since mid-September.
