Teen graffiti vandal banned from top deck of buses

A teen graffiti yob has become the first person in Britain to be banned from going upstairs on double-deckers.

Billy Murrell, 17, has caused so much vandalism on top decks that transport officials went to court for an Asbo to stop him.



The three-year order still allows him to get on buses — but only if he sits downstairs where the drivers can see him.

In addition he is forbidden to carry paint, marker pens or sharp instruments on Tube and railway property.

If he breaches the order, granted by magistrates in Greenwich, south-east London, he risks being locked up for up to two years.
