Driverless car does circles in front of police

How do you stop a car - without a driver behind the wheel - that just keeps going in circles?

That's the problem police had on their hands on Monday evening when a car that a man was working on accidentally got into gear and started doing loops.

The owner of the car had been working on the vehicle with the engine running and when he slammed the hood, it took off on its own. The car, going backward, just kept going in circles, and police eventually had to use their bumpers to get it to stop. The owner was not cited.
