Some scary moments in Conroe, Texas on Saturday night when Santa’s grand entrance doesn’t go as planned.
Rock climber James Bossom, dressed in a Santa suit, was suppose to repeal off the side of a local mall during a holiday tree lighting event.
But about half way down the 80-foot wall, old Saint Nick’s beard got stuck is the rigging leaving the jolly old man dangling.
Fire crews were called in and with the help of a knife and long ladder were able to get Bossom down safely.
Kids attending the event were told the man dressed as Santa and stuck hanging, was not the real Santa but one of his helpers.
