Burglar feeds cat before leaving

A burglar who broke into stables in Warwickshire fed a cat before leaving with the stolen goods.

The offender broke into a field off the B4100 near to Avon Dassett and searched stables and a caravan, it is believed.

Mixed corn chicken feed kept in a dustbin was emptied into a plastic container and loaded onto a wheelbarrow along with a plastic water butt.

The goods were offloaded into a vehicle at the top of a driveway in the incident on Friday or Saturday.
