Man bites mother-in-law's finger

An Elmira man is facing a harassment charge for biting his mother-in-law's finger during an argument.

Elmira Police say it happened around 10:30 on Saturday night.

Perry Campbell, 27, was watching TV with his mother-in-law at their Hall Street home.

When she asked him to move his beer can so that she could see the screen, police say Perry got angry.

He got so angry, in fact, that police say he actually bit her finger. That's when she called police.

The woman suffered minor injuries.
