Low-hanging pants make passenger's bus ride brief

A woman, whose buttocks-baring pants led to her November criminal trespassing conviction, was thrown off a bus on Tuesday, again because of her revealing pants.

According to the city’s public police log, officers were called to meet a commuter bus in Market Square at 2:59 p.m., after the driver called to complain about a "female exposing herself."

The bus stopped in the square, where a responding officer determined the woman’s pants "were hanging a little low for the driver’s liking", according to police reports.

Police Sgt. Frank Warchol confirmed the passenger with the problem pants was Elli Skiff, 27, who cites her address as the Cross Roads House homeless shelter. Skiff was kicked off the bus, according to police.
