Curan Wright is seeing America a little differently. He's riding a bike backwards to raise awareness.
His ride is a 20 inch bike that only goes backwards. "Riding backwards raises awareness, it catches attention to the issues", Wright said.
For Wright, there are many issues. HIV, medical marijuana, and homelessness.
Wright's been as far south as the Florida Keys and back up to Washington talking to members of Congress. He's already covered 5300 miles, with many more to go.
