As the media is somewhat bereft of interesting stories

Today. And it's been a while.

I thought I'd bore you shitless senseless with a few tunes on a Sunday morning, again.

Here's the ever smiling, gorgeous, talented, Sharon Shannon performing Cavan Potholes with the Big Band.

And here she is with Bruce Molsky, Jim Murray and others, playing Shove The Pig's Foot A Little Bit Further Into The Fire.

That's the back room of a pub I'd liked to have been in.

This is French musical collective, Nouvelle Vague, with In A Manner Of Speaking.

A touch of Poguetry, with A Rainy Night In Soho, produced by Elvis Costello.

Incidentally, the young lady in this video is Victoria Clarke, Shane's long term girlfriend.

Introduced by the late Joe Strummer and featuring the late Kirsty MacColl, The Pogues perform Lullaby Of London.

Finally, the late, lamented, Kirsty MacColl's In These Shoes mashed up with Landscapes's Einstein A Go Go.
