A Yorkshire farmer who, five years ago, let a rock band and a graffiti artist on to his land for a photoshoot is to reap benefits this month.
Farm buildings belonging to Stephen Walmesley were used as the backdrop for photographs of Blur standing in front of a new work by Banksy.
Now that artwork is being auctioned, with an estimated value of £30,000-£50,000.
The section of wall that bore Banksy's image of a smashed window and a TV will be sold by Bloomsbury Auctions in London on 26 June.
