A groper has been convicted of fondling a young woman - after he left dirty handprints on her chest.
Peter Notridge had been working on his car moments before he grabbed his victim, covering her top with incriminating evidence, a court heard.
He was given a three-month suspended prison sentence after admitting the assault. The 58-year-old was also made to register as a sex offender.
Notridge approached the woman in her 20s outside his house in Lincoln last July after she stopped to talk to his wife. He squeezed both her breasts leaving oily handprints on her yellow top, Lincoln Crown Court was told.
She went straight to the police and Notridge, who now lives in Milton Keynes, was arrested 15 minutes later.
Judge John Machin told him: 'It was a disgraceful piece of behaviour on your part.'
