Wayne Robinson, 24, woke up with Dominique Fisher to find she had etched her name on his shoulder and carved tribal markings on his back and arms.

Fisher, 22, of Blackburn, was convicted of causing unlawful wounding after a two-day trial — the jury taking just 20 minutes to reach a verdict. But she was given a two-year community order at Burnley Crown Court yesterday.
Wayne, of Fleetwood, claims he was so drunk after meeting Fisher on a night out he did not feel a thing.

He said: “I can’t believe she has walked free. I’m stuck with the tattoos for life.”
But Judge Andrew Woolman told Fisher: “Had I been sure Wayne Robinson had been completely unaware what was going on I would have sent you to prison.”
