Jarvis Cocker plays yoga and pilates class concerts

Jarvis Cocker is playing a series of unusual gigs during a week-long residency at a Parisian art gallery.

The former Pulp star is providing live music for a yoga class, after which fans will get the chance to jam with him, if they bring along an instrument. Musical activities will also include improvisation and guest performances.



The singer is playing in the Galerie Chappe every afternoon until Sunday 10 May, with the performances streamed live on the internet.

Footage of each performance will also be archived and re-broadcast for people around the world who live in different time-zones.
