Police said a group of kids were playing basketball when Gerald Wiernusz, 41, of Kingston waved a weapon and threatened to shoot anyone who came on his property.
He also apparently clucked like a chicken.
Officers believe Wiernusz was drunk at the time. He faces assault and terroristic threat charges in Luzerne County.
