London's 4-year-old human bus map

Over the past eight months four-year-old Ishaan Yewale has memorised almost every bus route in the capital and often dishes out travel information to tourists.
'I love buses,' said Ishaan of Lewisham, south-east London. 'I spend all day looking at buses. I read two maps a day.'

His parents have no idea why their son is so interested in public transport.

'It's a mystery to us,' said his 36-year-old father, Jayant.

'He just loves them. My job involves travelling around a lot and whenever I come back he asks me what buses or trains I took.'

You can see a video of Ishaan in action here.
