Footballer scores goal with 40-yard header

Martin Palermo scored a goal with a header for Boca Juniors from 40 yards.

With the game locked at 2-2 against Velez Sarsfield, the big Argentine striker was in the right place at the right time as a wayward goalkeeping clearance came towards him.



With a huge amount of luck Acting on instinct, he managed to power back a direct header which sailed into the net.

It was his 200th goal in Argentine football as Boca went on to clinch a 3-2 victory. He was also booked for taking his shirt off after a wild celebration.
