Otters cause plane delays

Continental flight 1294 was delayed for an hour and a half in Houston and no one could believe why. "Their flight was delayed because there were otters running around on the runway...otters...pretty funny," said one airport worker.

Passengers finally arrived and had quite a story to tell. "They told us there were a couple of otters loose in the cargo area," said one passenger. "People thought it was a joke at first I think."

"We watched them take them off the plane in a box and the next thing we know one of the otters got loose and took off across the tarmac," said one passenger.

And apparently, the wayward otters got a hold of a few passengers' bags.

"Some otters got into them, they must have smelled the coffee and went at them or something, I don't know, " said another passenger.

Most passengers seemed to be more entertained about the situation than stressed about the late flight.
