Iconic Fairy Liquid bottle returns

For generations of Blue Peter viewers, the Fairy Liquid bottle was the basis of everything from space rockets to pen pots.

Then, a decade ago it was replaced by the ergonomic green design. Now the white bottle is back to celebrate 50 years of Fairy.



‘The bottle became an essential of part of any child’s make-and-do kit,’ said Catherine Fairchild of Fairy. Now children who weren’t around when the original white bottle was on the shelves have got their own chance to get inventive.’

It will be sold from today in branches of Morrisons and then further afield for a limited time only.
