A Florida Keys man is accused of grabbing another man by his testicles and injuring him during a fight at a Super Bowl party, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Y Le, 27, faces aggravated battery charges in connection with the early Monday morning incident, the Sheriff's Office said. The other man, Vinh Pham, 42, of Key West, faces battery charges for dislocating Le's jaw.
The fight occurred at Le's home on Sugarloaf Key. Le said he was trying to get people to leave because it was late.
According to authorities, Pham said he was playing cards when Le told him to leave, and he got angry. That's when the two men started arguing. At one point, Le attacked Pham with a beer bottle, cutting his face. Pham then punched Le, dislocating his jaw, authorities said.
Pham reportedly put Le in a chokehold; Le, in turn, grabbed Pham's testicles, "puncturing them with his fingers," sheriff's spokeswoman Becky Herrin said.
Le refused medical treatment, but Pham was taken to Lower Keys Medical Center, where he received a total of 52 stitches for his injuries.
