Translation, I think....

1. a) Please refer to the manual for the type of oil, diesel and coolant required. b) Check the oil level before using, marks are engraved on the dipstick.
2. Don't crank the engine for more than 10 seconds when starting.  Do not attempt to start more than 3 times.  If it fails to start after 3 times, wait 2 minutes.  After switching off, wait 3 to 5 minutes before restarting.
3. If the machine has a winter and summer switch.  Make sure it's switched appropriately.
4. If it is winter, put antifreeze in the coolant tank??
5. Read manual before use.
