Tiny London flat smaller than a snooker table is worth £200,000

It's less than the size of a snooker table and used to be a broom cupboard - but this flat is worth up to £200,000.

At just 11ft by 5.5ft, Britain's tiniest apartment is priced at £35,000 more than the average UK home.

And owner Ray Barker says it's perfect for his needs across the road from Harrods in West London's posh Knightsbridge.

Converted from a closet at the height of the 80s property boom, its two rooms measure 60.5sq ft and have a toilet, shower-cum-wardrobe and 6 inch deep cupboards.

But Ray, 49, said: "I can do the cleaning while lying in my sofa bed. In fact, I can wash up, answer the door, make a cuppa and go to the loo all at the same time."

Brian Lack & Co said: "Judging by other similar flats we've sold in the much-prized area, it could easily go for £150,000 to £200,000."

This just seems unnatural.  We evolved in wide-open spaces... not broom closets!

I am not able to believe that this tiny flat is prices this high, even my bathroom is bigger then his home. No one can feel comfortable in this small house.
