Perhaps it's like restless leg syndrome but for cats?
lol my cat does this all the time.. whenever she sees her tail move she attacks it, and when she sees it hanging on the other side when shes on her scratcher she'll actually run after it in circles..o_0
Oh my gosh. I would hate to see that cat come into the vet office where I work. He's a total spaz! I can't imagine having to hold onto him.
