I'd like to think that he is being clever ~ perhaps this is the most efficient way to ride a bike without a fairing when not being 'tucked in'? The torso and arms are in line and there is only one leg breaking the airstream.... Nah, he's just chillin' but I have to wonder if there is a coincidental mileage advantage.
