Really responsible item this. Your show five street scum torching someone's stolen car while disguising their faces. Why not? Trash should have their five minutes of fame too.
This pretty clearly looks photoshopped. As it is not real, I enjoy the photo as art. I would hardly call children 'street scum' no matter the circumstance.

Seriously? There children and the photo looks like it may even be a composite of a few different photos.

I would. Especially in the case of children that torture and/or murder other children.
