Pelican attacks TV show guest

Pelicans are pretty to look at - but you might want to keep your distance. Scoop the Pelican "goosed" a man as he was being interviewed by a Missouri television station about the unusual birds.

Walt Crawford from the World Bird Sanctuary was explaining the migratory flight routes of the pelicans when he was nailed by Scoop not once, but twice.



And the unexpected attack was aimed at an unmentionable spot.

Large flocks of the big white birds are passing through Missouri and have been making the Ozarks their temporary home.
