I think he was pursposefully trying to provoke a physical reaction, so he could accuse the reporter for being an aggressive bully and ruin his credibility. When that failed, he called him a distraction anyway, but the video is clear, the distraction was all because of the weasely PR guy. Plus, blocking camera lenses always makes you look bad, a PR guy should know that.

For some reason that just cracks me up completely. I watched it the first time kinda shocked and the second time I laughed til I cried. Great find.
the guy is clear..he doesn't want to be touched but it's still weird..I suppose the PR guy was lucky he didn't get his clock cleaned..quite the video!

The reporter, whilst a bit too pushy showed commendable restraint in not cold clocking Mr Inappropriate Touching.
