Student gets arm wedged in toilet for eight hours hunting mobile phone

A student wedged her arm down a toilet for 12 HOURS after trying to fish out her new mobile phone.

Lu Lei was too embarrassed to cry for help at first but after eight hours trying to get free she began to scream.



Rescuers had to remove the entire cubicle and demolish concrete around the lav.

Lu, 21, who fainted because of fumes coming from the loo, said later: "I could feel the phone in the sludge but then my arm got stuck." She had been texting a pal when the mobile fell into the toilet in Xi'an, China.
