A 67-year-old man was arrested after he was seen using an electric leaf blower with his private parts on public display, police said.
Kenneth Perko of 325 Old Army Road, who was doing his lawn work naked from the waist down, was charged on Monday with public lewdness, a misdemeanor, Greenburgh police said.
A police officer responded to Old Army Road and White Oak Lane shortly after 6 p.m. Monday after police received a report of the offending view. The officer saw Perko using the leaf blower at the edge of his driveway and told him about the complaint.
Perko said he was free to do as he wanted on his property, police said. Perko was arrested and taken to the Greenburgh Police Department for processing.
