Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received a tip from a citizen, and found Tammie Sue Benson-Whitehead, 48, to be staying at 101 Jones Street, Suite B, in West Union.
Benson-Whitehead is listed as a sex-offender for two counts of 2nd degree sexual abuse in 2003.
She was taken to the Fayette County Jail where she will appear before a magistrate.
