Kings Lynn Borough Council has previously banned a performer from the Circus of Horrors from smoking on stage – using her feet. The performer's act also consists of firing a bow and arrow with her feet.
The Circus of Horrors show will be held at the Skegness Embassy Theatre on February 24. Despite the ban in Kings Lynn, East Lindsey District Council said that it will not prevent the performer from completing her act in full.

The show also includes a girl walking up a ladder of swords in her bare feet, flying trapeze artists, 20 fire eaters and a dwarf pulling a vacuum cleaner with his penis.

This would be the same "captain Dan", the dwarf who, a few years back, had to be surgically sepatated from his best pal, the vacuum cleaner, after a little mishap with some superglue!
