Nerdcore blog domain seized by Euroweb

Following an article posted at Nerdcore, one of Germany's top blogs, criticising service provider Euroweb Internet GmbH calling them arschgeige, webmaster René was taken to court and convicted in his absence.

After incurred legal costs weren't received, Euroweb have seized Nerdcore.de. In a statement Euroweb said the seizure was a foreclosure due to lack of reimbursement of legal costs. In addition, an auction of the domain for a "charitable purpose" is planned.

For now, the content from Nerdcore can be viewed at Crackajack. You can keep up to date with events at René's twitter feed, though it's at times like this I wish I'd paid more attention in German lessons at school.

Very best wishes René!
