A spokeswoman said: “The female driver was sitting in her silver Ford Mondeo and, while waiting for the lights to change, a man walked up to her car. She heard a bang and the sound of glass smashing and saw that her rear passenger window had been broken.”
Pc Sarah Nicholson added: “We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident. Of particular note, when the lady looked in the rear of her car, an iced cake had appeared on the back seat after the glass had smashed.”
The man is described as white and aged 25 to 30. Police said he was wearing dark-coloured trousers, a grey mid-length jacket and a dark woolly hat with two stripes around it.

Well it said rear passenger window.
I think Arbroath threw that iced cake into more than one car. Closer examination of the cake may reveal it has a rock in the middle.
Okay... is this "iced bun" a bun with icing on it or a frozen bun? If it's the latter, maybe it was the weapon as well as the "gift".
