23-year-old Katarzyna Szymanska was discovered to be carrying nearly half a kilo of the drug after a search at the Kostrzyn border crossing.
"There was something about the way she was walking that raised our suspicions," said customs spokesman Anna Galon.
"She seemed very uncomfortable and could barely walk a step without wincing in pain," added one guard.
