I don't get it.
I dont get it. Is it a spelling thing? I hate those spelling things since I spell like a drunk monkey I can never tell if its spelled right or not.
It's a school.Of all the things you could write to promote a school, would it be that it is tobacco free?

Isn't it more likely this sign is a part of a campaign to get students stop smoking, at least on the school grounds? A common problem, a common "solution".
Or maybe it's a tuition-free school, named after Tobacco?
It's a school that's free for smoking students. Non-smoking students must pay tuition.
It's common where I'm from to have signs reading "drug free school" or "drug free zone" around schoolyards.
Maybe the teachers aren't allowed to smoke, either.
