I have a boy kitty who jumps onto the back of my girl kitty in the classic "cat mating pose." But he's neutered and confused, so he ends up grooming her head for ten minutes instead.
That's better than actively humping. I remember babysitting for a family with the biggest nuisance of a dog. I gave up after trying to gently nudge the thing off my leg the first 10 times. I spent the rest of the day dragging around a furry legwarmer.

The instincts are there but neither seems to quite know what they're supposed to do. Abstinence only doggies?
