Belgian bar offers snacks to canine customers

Restaurateur Bernard Schol has closed his human eaterie in Brussels, Belgium, to open up a bar offering snacks to canine customers.

Schol says he had the brainwave for his Le Toutou bar, Toutou meaning doggie in French, after noticing that dog owners often dropped into his human restaurant to ask for a bowl of water for their animals but had nothing themselves.
