South Carolina law considers a bumper sticker, decal or device indecent when it describes, in an offensive way as determined by contemporary community standards, "sexual acts, excretory functions, or parts of the human body." The offence carries a maximum fine of $445 but no jail time, Fuda said.

Illegal? I don't go a day without seeing a pair of truck nutz. Yes, they're called truck nutz and you can get them at thatsnutz.com . But please don't.
What makes them think they are necessarily representing human testicles? Plastic bull balls wouldn't be one of those offensive, forbidden parts of the human body. Call them that and they can't fine you.

Also, "I don't know what they would be trying to express." Their freedom of expression, maybe? I was under the impression freedom of speech applies even when you say something that is not deep and meaningful.
Personally, I don't like them. BUT I'll defend your right to have them. and +1 that these are TRUCK nuts, more resembling a bull's testicles than any human's. No wonder sports cars these days have lost their curves. It must be illegal to resemble a woman's figure, too.
