Police in Milton, New Hampshire are looking into something fishy; a shark was discarded in some woods off the side of a country road.
Lloyd Ellis says he's seen trash discarded in the woods near his home before, but never a six to eight foot shark that was discovered by his brother on Thursday night. "He happened to smell something that didn't smell right like a dead animal or something and he came across it Thursday night," said Ellis.
The shark was discarded on private property, not far from busy Route 125 and the Spaulding Turnpike. There is a local pond in Milton, but the nearest salt water is nearly an hour away.

Milton Police and New Hampshire Fish and Game were called and came out to investigate, but decided to leave the shark where it was dumped and let nature take its course.
