Ambrosio managed to avoid jail for more than a year and a half before being arrested in Pinellas County on a hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
His first arrest came on New Year's Day in 2010, when he was charged with petty theft as well as fraud, for giving a fake ID to a cop.

Ambrosio pleaded no contest to the charges and served a month in the Highlands County jail, according to the county clerk's office. Records show he was booked again shortly after on a city ordinance violation and was reportedly held by ICE on that occasion too.
