According to the Søndre Buskerud Police District’s logs, the man claimed that the hairdresser had done such a bad job that he couldn’t go outside without a cap.
He apparently didn’t have one.
He also had complained about the result of his haircut to the salon’s proprietor, but was told it was too late to do anything about it.
