Parma barbershop owner Kurt Voelker is recovering from an unusual injury that people do not normally get while working in a barber shop.
According to Voelker, on Sept.29, a long-time customer and good friend of his was in Werner’s Barber Shop.
While Voelker’s friend was adjusting his pants, the friend’s gun and holster fell out of his pants and a bullet was discharged.
The bullet hit Voelker in the buttocks. He has now released the X-ray showing the bullet still inside him. Voelker said his friend does have a conceal carry permit. Voelker said he is doing well, and so far no charges have been filed.
