The pair left that convenience store empty-handed around 9:50 p.m. About 20 minutes later, the two suspects went into a discount store and made off with some cash.On Thursday, at about 9:40 p.m., the 13-year-old suspect forced his way in the locked door of a grocery store and was trying to get cash out of a till when a clerk let her dog off its leash.

The suspect fired the bear spray at the dog and the clerk before making off with some cash. Police in the area eventually located the 13-year-old suspect. As a result of the investigation, the 10-year-old has also been identified.
The 13-year-old suspect has been charged with three counts of robbery with a weapon, three counts of wear disguise with intent, and seven counts of fail to comply with condition of an undertaking. He was detained. The 10-year-old cannot be charged under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
