If it was withdrawn then the spacing would not have helped. The DVLA reserve the right to withdraw any registration mark without having to give an explanation. Remember you do not own your registration mark, the DVLA license you to use it. If they decide your mark is offensive then they can withdraw it. You have no right of appeal.

Looks like a photoshop job unfortunately. According to the DVLA there is no Movano with that registration mark.
Nice idea though.
As I understand it, this was allocated as a number, then withdrawn when the DVLA realised its implications.
Should have left it with the legal spacing (WH05HAT) then they could claim it was 'whos(e) hat' instead!

Yeah, I heard that in VA, the plate TIH2WA (great in the mirror) was allowed for a bit and then recalled. I thought it was rather clever.
Wonder if IOKIYAR is still available ...
